Job Description:
| As an employee of VTI, you will be asked to follow-up with our potential customers who are interested in our products. You are free to access the internet, or call them up for this purpose. A greater section of our sales as well as customers are generated the internet marketing and web…hence we would expect you to deal with only those buyers who look forward for our product. Your responsibility lies in solving the queries of our prospects associated with the packages and tickets offered on our part. We would also expect you to answer e-mails, provide help and make calls to buyers who have shown immense interest in the services offered by us. You have to also make calls to potential customers who have bought our services at VTI, the United States. Our Expectations * High School Degree * Internet/Web Concepts savvy * Support and Sale background s would be an added advantage * Background in Customer Service would a bonus point * Interest in sport is an added advantage * Excellent spoken presentation and communication skills * Exceptional organizational as well as time management skills * Eager to learn and develop professionally * Optimistic, enthusiastic and flexible * Good knowledge of the English language * Comfortable with Microsoft Office products as well as other business |
